摘要大学生作为民族的希望和未来,作为青年中富有朝气和创造力的优秀群体, 他们的诚信状况对社会的诚信状况具有一定的导向作用,将直接影响到整个社会诚信环境的建构。另一方面,高等教育阶段是大学生形成稳定的世界观、人生观、价值观的关键时期,这个阶段所树立起来的理念、价值观和行为模式,将对其一生产生深远的影响。因此,加强大学生诚信教育,干预大学生诚信危机的发生, 是高等学校教育管理面临的一个重要问题。本文以大学生诚信为研究对象,旨在构建一套科学合理的大学生诚信评价指标体系,为大学生诚信水平量化提供测量工具,进而针对不足采取有效措施改进和提高大学生诚信水平。本文在借鉴大学生诚信相关研究成果基础上,对大学生诚信的内涵进行严格界定,并分析大学生诚信的表现形式及理论渊源;接着从大学生诚信构思的维度分析入手,在对访谈研究隶属度分析的基础上,从学业诚信、经济诚信、社会诚信三个评价维度,遴选了42个评价指标理论构建了大学生诚信评价的指标体系。为保证该指标体系的科学性和可操作性,利用理论构建的指标体系设计调查问卷进行问卷调研,并对调研结果进行因子分析实证筛选指标。通过实证筛选,剔除了6个无效指标,最终形成了由学业诚信、经济诚信、社会诚信三个维度,共 36个评价指标构成的大学生诚信评价指标体系。针对大学生诚信评价指标反映的内容,论文最后提出一些推进大学生诚信建设的建议,希望对我国高校大学生诚信建设能有所裨益。关键字:诚信;大学生诚信;评价指标 Abstract Undergraduates are the hope and future of our nation,and they are also an outstanding young group isthekey phase inwhich theundergraduates form tlleirstableworld outlook,view oflifeand values which will influence them ,it isimportant tostrengthen undergraduates’integrity and toavoidtheintegrity crisis. ‘This dissertation tries tobuild up asetofscientificand reasonable evaluation indicatorsystem focuSing ontheundergraduates’integrity,to provide an effectivetool forquantitative evaluation ofundergraduates’integrity,and then totake effective measures againstinsufficient factors toimprove theundergraduates’credibility. On the basis offormer researchesrelated totheundergraduate integrity,this dissertation strictly defines the connotation ofundergraduates’integrity,and analyzes itsmanifestations andtheoreticalorigins;then,byanalyzmg the interview content,42 evaluation indicators areselected from thefollowing three dimensions:academic integrity,economics integrity and social ensure a scientific and operational indicator system,bine the theoreticalconstruction with questionnaire investigation,using factoranalysis method to screen these indicators.
