如今，信息产业飞速发展，各种移动智能数字终端的使用日益增加，无线通信技术正面
临新的挑战。无线资源已经非常短缺，因此如何有效地利用有限的带宽和功率对于无线网络
有着至关重要的作用。博弈论作为数学的一个分支，可以为用户间的交互作用提供一个合适
的分析框架，从而有效地解决用户间对资源的竞争问题。本论文从博弈论的角度对 OFDMA
单小区和多小区的资源分配进行了研究。
首先，本文提出了一种基于潜在博弈的上行单小区 OFDMA 子载波分配算法，该算法以
最小化用户间的干扰为目标，将资源分配过程建模为用户间的博弈，通过用户依次迭代进行
子载波分配和功率分配，最终求得纳什均衡解。通过分析仿真结果可知，本文的分布式资源
分配算法通过较少的次数实现算法的收敛，与每个用户只分配一个子载波相比获得更高的频
谱利用率。
其次，本文对下行多小区 OFDMA 系统进行研究，考虑到小区之间的同信道干扰，各基
站只需知道本小区用户的信息，提出了基于最小干扰准则的分布式子载波分配算法。各用户
先等功率分配，用户依照一定的次序轮流的选择对其干扰最小的子载波，直到所有的子载波
被分配完成，相比基于用户调度的载波分配算法提高了公平性。
最后，引入潜在博弈，同一子载波上不同小区的用户以最大化信干噪比为目标进行功率
控制博弈。博弈的过程中同一载波上的不同小区的用户根据最佳动态响应作出相应的调整，
直到最终收敛在一个稳定的状态。仿真结果表明，本章算法能快速收敛，而且总是收敛到一
个纳什均衡点，性能优于基于用户调度的非合作博弈分配算法，而且算法复杂度低，易于实
现。

Abstract
Nowadays, with the rapid development of the information industry, the use of all kinds of
mobile intelligent digital terminals is more and more frequent, so wireless communication
technology is facing a new challenge. As the shortage of resources, how to use the limited
bandwidth and power plays a crucial role for wireless network. Being a branch of mathematics,
Game theory aims to solve the competition for resources between users by providing an appropriate
analysis framework for the interaction between users. The problem of noncooperative resource
allocation in single-cell and multi-cell orthogonal frequency division multiple access systems is
considered in this paper.
First of all, a subcarrier allocation algorithm in uplink single-cell multiuser OFDMA systems
based on potential games is proposed, aiming at minimizing the amout of interference generated.
