T10钢热处理工艺及组织性能研究
摘要:本次研究的主要内容是退火态T10钢的热处理工艺及其组织性能的研究。通过观察经过不同预先热处理的退火态T10钢试样的显微组织,以及测量其洛氏硬度、冲击韧性等,分析了不同预先热处理的T10钢试样的组织性能和力学性能。结果表明,正火+等温球化退火为退火态T10钢的最佳预先热处理工艺;不同预先热处理所得到的组织效果会遗传到最终的组织中;预先热处理为正火+普通球化退火和等温球化退火的退火态T10钢试样,经过水淬和低温回火后,发生了脆性转变。

Researching heat treatment process and
microstructure properties of T10 steel
Abstract:The main content of this study is researching the heat treatment process and microstructure of the annealed T10 microstructure and mechanical properties of T10 steel samples with different advance heat treatment were studied by inspecting microstructure of annealed T10 steel samples with different advance heat treatment and measuring the hardness and toughness of annealed T10 steel .The results show that the best advance heat treatment process is normalizing+ isothermal spheroidizing will be inherited in the final tissue that is the effect of the tissue obtained by different advance heat brittle transition occurs in the annealed T10 steel sample of advance heat treatment is normalizing + ordinary spheroidizing annealing or isothermal spheroidizing annealing after water quenching and low temperature tempering.
