摘要
单轴气浮台是气体润滑技术发展的产物。因其具有摩擦力小、运行平稳、回转精
度高、受温度影响小等优点,在航天、航空领域及精密测量仪器上得到广泛的应用。
基于单轴气浮台利用能量衰减与旋转移轴测量转动惯量是物体转动惯量测量的一种
新方法,而单轴气浮台作为转动惯量测量仪器的重要部件,其稳定运行是实现物体转
动惯量测量的前提。所以,对单轴气浮台的研究有很大的意义。本文主要从两方面对
单轴气浮台进行研究:一是单轴气浮台的结构参数设计;二是单轴气浮台的运动性能
研究。
单轴气浮台是由径向式和上、下止推式静压气体轴承组成的复合型气体轴承。在
设计方面,采用了分部设计的思想,对各气体轴承分别进行设计。以 Reynolds 方程
作为研究流体润滑的出发点,通过设置边界条件求解,可得到气体轴承的结构参数、
气膜厚度及节流孔的个数。利用 gambit 软件进行建模、划分网格;将网格模型导入
到 Fluent 软件中进行计算,分析轴承间隙中的气压分布。结果表明:气压下降幅度小、
分布均匀。气体轴承的结构参数合理,满足设计的要求。
为了校核转动惯量测量仪器对单轴气浮台转速的要求,通过分析气体轴承的摩擦
力矩得出单轴气浮台的摩擦力矩,再根据刚体绕定轴转动的动能定理推导出气浮台的
运动性能。为了确定不同气压是否会造成单轴气浮台发生径向跳动,对气浮台径向跳
动量与转速变化量之间的关系进行了分析。并设计了一套实验用于验证上述推导理论
的正确性。实验结果证明:气浮台运行平稳其转速是随时间衰减的单指数函数;供气
压力不会造成气浮台的径向跳动。单轴气浮台的运动性能对气浮台的设计及应用具有
重要的参考价值。所以,单轴气浮台可以保证测量转动惯量新方法的实现。

Abstract
The single axis air bearing table is a production of gas lubrication technology’s
developing. Its advantages are low friction, smooth operation, high rotation accuracy,
being little affected by temperature and so on. So it is used on space field, aviation field,
and precision measuring instrument. A new method of measuring moment of inertia is
presented using energy attenuation and rotating axis based on the single axis air-bearing
table. The single axis air bearing table is the important part of moment of inertia measuring
instrument, its Stable operation is the premise to achieve moment of inertia measurement.
So researching the single axis air bearing table has great significance. Two aspects of the
single axis air bearing table are researched in this paper. The first aspect is the structure
design of single axis air bearing table. The second aspect is a study on motion performance
for the single axis air bearing tale.
