　 刚刚参加工作的人大多对工作充满了无限的向往和憧憬，我也不例外，想象着自己终于拥有了一个可以展示才华能力的舞台，想象着自己终于可以真正的依靠自己去生活了，非常兴奋，在想象中来到了某某支行，当时我所工作的支行里正规大学生是少之又少，但我一直警告自己切不可自大，不可年轻气盛，对于初参加工作的人来说，所有的人都是我的师父，其实银行里的东西很简单，我刚开始在支行学****会计，虽然师父不是很喜欢教，但是经不住我刨根问底，还是学到了银行很多入门的知识。但那时的我是典型的北方人性格，内方外更方，不懂妥协，年轻气盛，当时对一领导做事方式很不满意，并且以北方人的方式显露了出来，
