提要:经内镜逆行胰胆管造影( ERCP)使***胰腺疾病的治疗发生了革命性变化。经过多年的临床
应用,目前***治疗性 ERCP技术已相当成熟。随着儿科内镜技术的发展,近年来,小儿治疗性 ERCP技
术已从研究阶段进入实际应用阶段,并逐渐成为小儿胰腺疾病的重要治疗手段。本文主要就 ERCP在小
儿胰腺疾病中的诊断、治疗及并发症等现状作一综述。

Summary: ERCP has revolutionized the treatment of adult pancreatic diseases. After many years of clinical
app lication, the current adult treatment technology has reached a mature state. W ith the development of pediatric
endoscop ic techniques, in recent years, therapeutic ERCP techniques in children has been p rogressing from the re2
search stage to the stage of p ractical app lication and has e an important treatment for pancreatic diseases in
children. This article mainly reviews on ERCP in diagnosis, treatment p lications of pancreatic diseases in
children.
