乐队歌手组建前期、授课师资、及乐队总参谋指导
1 前期需要银行内部有音乐根底的人员进行考核、筛选〔对乐理，乐器技法等简单考试〕选出乐队四人：吉他、贝斯、键盘、爵士鼓；
声乐两名：男歌手和女歌手
2 授课团队：需要由公司有针对性的挑选专业老师，老师需要六名，对队员进行专业教学。乐器四名；声乐两名
3 培训团队里需要一名参谋指导：乐队、声乐、总体系统培训、根底知识培训及音乐活动的总参谋。对培训、授课、演出进行系统的安排调整与协调，对培训方向及教学教材进行把关、把控，并与银行方面进行对接，对整个培训过程有重要作用及责任！

培训课时方案
培训总时间暂定两年，其中分段方案如下：
● 年度方案：
A 每半年进行学员考核与汇报 。
考核：对学员进行专业知识，专业技能等多方面考核
汇报：1 向全体授课老师汇报，2 向银行单位领导进行专业汇报，及其乐曲演奏，歌曲演唱等实战汇报
B 每一年进行大的考核与汇报〔内容同上〕，并参加实地现场音乐会活动。
注：主要实现乐队，歌队能独立完成音乐作品的演出，第一年实现小作品的成功演出，第二年实现中级水平的作品演出
季度方案
A 最初一季度：进行队员根本功培训
1 Guitar音阶及简易和弦弹奏
2 Bass简单音阶弹奏
3 键盘音阶、和弦简易弹奏
4 Jazz鼓：脚鼓军鼓简单节奏练****br/> 5 声乐：唱名及发声气息练****br/>注：同时进行根底乐理、视唱练耳等根底培训
