英语口语培训总结
2010年4月5日至24日，我参加了由美中教育机构和北京大学继续教育部主办的第35期全封闭英语口语培训班的培训学****首先，非常感谢领导给予我这次宝贵的学****机会，使我无论是在英语水平、教学思想还是人生态度方面都受益匪浅。我非常荣幸能够有这个机会在这里和大家一起分享、交流我在北大参加英语培训学****的心得体会，也真诚的希望对各位领导和老师的工作有所启迪和帮助。
我首先介绍我参加的培训机构，TIP是Total Immersion Program，它是由美中教育机构（ESEC）与北京大学继续教育部合办的一个全面倡导以母语思维模式来进行英语学****和英语教学的特色培训项目。TIP通过在北京大学圆明园校区创建一个“全英语”的环境，使学员如同置身美国，通过各种听、
