[摘要]目的 分析美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2017年6月～2019年2月收治的84例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象，按照奇偶分组法分为对照组（42例）与观察组（42例）。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗，观察组采用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;观察组患者治疗后的超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP），肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;观察组患者治疗后的CD8水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mesalazine combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 84 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.
