摘要:介绍了撬装式 LNG汽车加气站的基本结构设计及工作原理,着重对 LNG加气站的 3个主要系统包括储
存系统、管路系统、控制系统进行了说明,并给出主要技术参数。分析了 LNG加气站设备潜在的安全隐患,提出相
关防范措施。实际运行表明,该加气站加气稳定、计量准确,各项指标符合设计要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the fundamental structure design and operation p rincip le of skid - mounted fueling station
for LNG( liquefied natural gas) vehicles, with highlights on the descrip tion of structure and main technical parameters of three
p rimary system s, including storage system, p ipeline system and automatic control system. It p rovides interrelated countermeas
ures after considering the potential safety danger of the skid - mounted fueling station for LNG vehicles. The p ractical operation
shows that the skid - mounted fueling station for LNG vehicles is steady in fueling and accurate in gauging. The various index pa
rameters conform to the design requirement.
