摘 要
目前，我国的食品包装企业大部分规模偏小，“小而全”是其主要特征之一，同时存在着不顾行业发展要求，重复生产那些成本低、工艺水平比较落后、易于制造的机械产品，行业内目前大约有1/4的企业存在低水平重复生产现象。这是对资源的极大浪费，造成包装机械市场的混乱，阻碍行业的发展。 本设计主要从提高生产效率入手，设计一台食品真空包装机。
本次食品真空包装机采用枕式包装结构，主要有以下几个主要部件组成，分别是食品输送装置，包装薄膜输送装置，纵封机构，横封机构和切刀部分，真空负压部分，本设计的创新点在于把横封机构和切刀机构组合，在切断的情况下同时进行横封，大大简化了目前传统包装机的传动结构。最后本文利用SOLIDWORKS软件对整个包装机进行三维建模，并生产二维工程图。

ABSTRACT
At present, the food packaging enterprises in China most dimensions slants small, "small and complete" is one of the main characteristics, at the same time, there exist regardless of the industry development, the low cost, repeated production technology level is relatively backward, easy manufacture of mechanical products, the industry is currently about 1/4 of enterprise existence low-level repeating production phenomenon. This is a great waste of resources, resulting in the packaging machinery market chaos, hinder the development of the industry. This design mainly from improving production efficiency of design, a food vacuum packaging machine.
The food vacuum packaging machine adopts a pillow type packing structure, has the main components of the following components, respectively is the food conveying device, packaging film feeding device, a longitudinal sealing mechanism, a transverse sealing mechanism and a cutting part, vacuum part, the innovation of this design lies in the transverse sealing mechanism and a cutting mechanism combination, in cut off at the same time the transverse sealing, greatly simplifies the transmission structure of the traditional packaging machine. Finally, this paper use the SOLIDWORKS software for three-dimensional modeling of the packaging machine, and the production of 2D engineering drawing.
