摘要
本设计是设计一个日产120吨的双面胶板印刷纸厂,重点是设计抄纸车间。纸机采用2640mm长网多缸纸机,生产定量为80g/m2的B等双胶纸。双面胶版纸主要用于印制画册、图片等。胶版纸质地紧密,伸缩性较小,抗水能力强,可以有效地防止多色套印时的纸张变形、错位、拉毛、脱粉等毛病。能给印刷品保持较好的色质纯度。因而发展前景广泛。原料采用硫酸盐木浆以4:6的比例配抄麦草浆,均采用漂白浆,使得浆的白度在85以上。在经过湿纸成形、压榨、烘干、施胶、压光等程序,便可制成成品纸。纸的其他技术指标要达到中华人民共和国行业标准QB1012-91的规定。设计核心部分是:厂址选择、生产工艺流程的选择及论证、工艺条件的选择机论证、物料横算及热量横算、设备选型、车间布置及技术指标。

Abstract
This design is the Two-sided offset paper factory that produces 120 ton paper per day. It focuses on designing a paper making workshop. The paper machine is adopted as a 2640 mm paper machine whose fixed amount is 80 g/m 2 of the B wait Two-side offset paper. The two-sided offset paper is mainly used for printing albums of painting, pictures etc.. The offset paper has the property of tight texture, smaller flexibility, strong anti-water ability. This property can prevent paper from being out of shape, transplacing, napping, fines removing when overprinting multicolor. It can keep a pure degree of better color quality for handout .As a result the development foreground is extensive. The fabric material adoption vitriol wood pulp with 4:6 of parison go together with the wheat grass pulp, all adopting the bleach pulp, making the white degree of the pulp above the procedures of taking shape, squeezing, parching, gluing, Pressing polish, etc., the paper is formed then. Other technique index signs of the paper should conform to the standard QB1012 - 91 of the People's Republic of China profession of provision. The core part of the designing is the choice of factory site, the selection and proof of the technological flow and condition, calculation of material balance, calculation of heating balance, the choice of major equipment, the arrangement of workshop and technical target.
