肺硬化性血管瘤的影像特征与手术病理对照分析

【摘要】目的探讨肺硬化性血管瘤(Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma PSH)的影像及病理学形态特征,以提高对本病的认识. 方法收集本院经过手术病理证实的10例肺硬化性血管瘤病例,回顾其CT 及X线影像特征表现并与手术及病理结果对照,结合近十年的国内外相关文献资料详细分析。结果 PSH多发于中年女性,影像学表现为肺周围型孤立性圆形、类圆形肿块或结节影,密度均匀,边缘清楚,无深分叶征、血管切迹征,CT增强扫描肿瘤明显均匀强化,灌注曲线为持续平台型。病理上由多角形细胞和表面立方细胞组成肿瘤的实质成分,可分为乳头区、实变区、血管瘤区及硬化区. 结论 PSH在X线胸片及CT平扫中具有一般良性肿瘤的特点,,有助于硬化性血管瘤的诊断。

[Abstract] Objective To study the imaging and pathological features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma(PSH). So as to improve the imaging diagnotic ability. Methods 10 cases of PSH which had been confirned by surgery and pathology were analyzed. Recalling its CT and X-ray image characteristics, pared with the surgical and pathological results , detailed analysis with decade of relevant literatures. Results PSH monly found in Middle-aged and old women. Most of PSH showed its image characteristics as isolated peripheral pulmonary round, round lumps or nodules, uniform density, the edge of a clear, non-deep lobulation, vascular notch symptoms, CT scan clearly homogeneous tumor enhancement curve for perfusion continuous platform type. Pathology by the polygonal cells and the surface of tumor cells ponent of the substance can be divided into the nipple area, it changes zones, and sclerosing hemangioma of the district.
