未来学家托夫勒早在上世纪 70 年代《未来的冲击》一书中便预言:几千年人类发
展的总历史将表现为三个阶段:即产品经济时代(包括前产品经济时代和后产品经济
时代)、服务经济时代和体验经济时代。伴随互联网的快速发展,以互联网为代表的全
新体验经济时代已经来临,人类社会正在逐步进入全新的跨界经济时代。未来银行的
概念正是在这个以体验为主的,可持续经济产出的时代背景下应运而生。无论是应用
科技还是创新理念,给客户留下美好精神体验和愉快记忆已经成为银行未来探索与前
进的必经之路。

Abstract
Futurist Alvin Toffler early 70s of the last century, "Future Shock," a book he predicted:
the history of thousands of years of human development will total performance of three
stages: the product economic times (including pre-product economic times and post-product
economy era), the service economy and experience economy. With the rapid development
of the , the represented a new experience economy era has arrived, human
society is gradually entering a new era of cross-border economy. The concept is the future
of the bank based on this experience to the next era of the context of sustainable economic
output came into being. Both the application of technology or innovative ideas, leave a good
spiritual experience to the customer and pleasant memories have e the only way to
explore and advance the future of the bank.
