【摘要】
美国沃尔玛公司作为世界上最大的商业零售企业,通过其快速高效的现代物流运作模式,使整个供应链实现了顺畅链接,提高了运作效率,并最终控制物流成本,堪称世界零售业物流运作的典范。与此同时,零售业是中国目前业态变革最剧烈,同时也是物流变革需求最迫切的行业。在我国零售业快速发展的同时,其物流管理却暴露出物流成本高、运作效率低、现代化水平低以及物流运作模式落后等缺陷,这在一定程度上就制约了沃尔玛在我国的发展。学****和借鉴沃尔玛先进的物流运作模式是我国零售业物流管理水平与国际接轨的必然要求。但是我国现阶段的落后是无法改变的事实。本文通过沃尔玛在中国物流运作上的失败对其在中国遇到的问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。

【Abstract】
American wal-mart, the world's mercial retail enterprise, through its highly efficient modern logistics operation mode, make whole supply chain realized smoothly, improve operation efficiency links and, ultimately, control the logistics cost, the retail sales model of logistics operation. Mean while, China's retail business, at the same time, the change of the most pressing needs reform logistics industry. In the rapid development of China's retail industry, the logistics has exposed the logistics cost, high operating efficiency is low, the low level of modern logistics mode and backward, the defects in a certain extent will restrict the wal-mart in the development of our country. Learn from wal-mart advanced logistics operation mode is China's retail logistics management level and international standards. But the present behind is the fact that can't change. Based on the logistics operation in China wal-mart failed to its problems in China were analyzed, and put forward solutions.
