限制空调出风口温度对地区负荷的影响
摘要
为缓和夏季电力短缺局势并促进节能型社会的发展,上海市政府
自 2004 年夏季起要求各党政机关、商场、商务楼、宾馆等的夏季空
调温度设置不低于 26oC。这是我国空调负荷管理的首批尝试。本文
主要研究空调限温措施对各类商住楼和地区负荷的影响。
本文第 1 章介绍了研究背景和目的;第 2 章阐述了需求侧管理的
概念和内容;第 3 章对电力负荷预测技术进行原理分析和介绍;第 4
章运用舒适性空调耗能分析方法,建立描述各类建筑空调系统耗能与
室内、外温度及送风温差内在关系的数学模型;第 5 章通过案例分析,
对 2004 年夏季空调限温 26oC 的削峰效果做出评估,并评估空调限温
值在 26oC 基础上上调/下调时空调负荷的变化量;第 6 章对本文的主
要研究成果作了总结,对空调限温 26oC 对供电企业经济效益的影响
作了评估,并结合本文的结论,对空调负荷管理提出了可行的建议。

THE INFLUENCE ON REGION LOAD BY LIMITTING THE
WORK TEMPERATURE OF AIR CONDITION
ABSTRACT
In order to abate the lack situation of the summer electric power,
also for promote economize on energy a development of society, the city
hall of Shanghai requests air condition temperature of political
organization, market, business building, hotel...etc. setup to be no lower
than the 26℃ since the summer of is the first trial that the our
country takes on air condition load management. This text research
mainly the influence of air condition temperature limits measure to each
kind of the building and region load.
The chapter 1 introduced the research on background and purposes;
the chapter 2 elaborates the concept and contents of the Demand Side
Management;the chapter 3 is the analysis and the introduction to electric
power load predict technique; the chapter 4 builds up the mathematics
model which describes the inside relation among air condition system
consumed power of each kind of building,indoor and outside
temperatures and temperature difference of the fresh breeze with the
analysis to fortable air condition consumed power; the chapter 5
is the analysis of a is the result valuation that the measure on the
air condition temperature limitted to 26℃ in the summer 2004,and
evaluates variety of the air condition load when the air condition limitted
