摘要
近30年以来,随着高分子树脂及塑料成型技术的飞跃发展,双向拉伸塑料薄膜已成为国民经济和人民生活不可或缺的一种材料。
BOPP薄膜从1962年以后,其年增长率保持在12%~15%。1996年,全世界BOPP薄膜的产量超过300万吨。目前,我国已经引进和自主研发了近百余条薄膜生产线,拥有近50万吨的生产能力,可以生产多种质量高,性能好的双向拉伸塑料薄膜。塑料薄膜拉伸生产线主要有挤出,铸片,纵拉,横拉,收卷等部分组成。
纵拉部分主要完成薄膜的纵向拉伸。在控制温度下,利用纵拉快传动电机和纵拉慢传动电机完成薄膜的纵向拉伸。
本课题就是塑料薄膜双向拉伸机组纵向拉伸机控制装置的研制。在熟悉整个塑料薄膜生产线的工作方式下,掌握纵拉部分的工作原理。塑料薄膜双向拉伸机组纵向拉伸机控制装置的纵拉部分的传动电机采用西门子变频器进行控制,变频器通过西门子PLC控制,温度采集采用热电阻,温度控制采用西门子闭环控制模块FM355。根据工艺要求可以调节纵拉部分的升降辊,从而调节拉伸间隙,达到工艺要求。采用西门子PLC,西门子变频器,完成纵拉部分的设计。利用Protel99 Se完成塑料薄膜双向拉伸机组纵向拉伸机控制装置的电气原理图设计设计,利用Step7编程软件编写纵向拉伸机电气控制的PLC程序,编写上位机软件。实现塑料薄膜双向拉伸机组纵向拉伸机控制装置的设计。

Abstract
In the process of BOPP film production,for different size of thickness,it is need diverse precision requirement of the resints humidity, the melt temperature and the extrusion traditional method of using relay for control can hardly meet the requirements of both lower the cost of the improvement of the production line and improve the level of the safety and economy of the production line. So it is necessary to modify the electrication of the production line.
This article firstly introduced the present situation of the research of BOPP film production and trend of its development ,emphasis on analyzing the methods and problems faced in the temperature control of the production process.
The accurate control of the temperature of the mold and dies of the extruder is one of the important technologies which related to the quality and performance of parameter time varying, large time delay and strong coupling. In this paper it used the adaptive setting strategy bined with conventional PID .
Based on the requirements of the production process of the film, the BOPP film production control system is designed which based on the field bus technology, and the system is of functions of detection ,
