摘要
本文主要是对全自动剥线机作了设计和研究。自动剥线机分成机械和电气两个部分。机械部分分为机壳、剥线组件两大部分。机壳由箱体、后盖板等组成, 起支撑连接剪剥组件、电气组件的作用。剪剥组件由压力调节装置、间隙调节装置、减速机构、进出线滚轮、偏转机构、剪剥组件、机架等组成,起支撑电子组件、固定线缆并最终完成剪剥导线的任务。控制部分包括 LCD 液晶显示器、键盘、 C196 单片机多功能板(外购)、 PPMC-111 电路板(引用)以及步进电机及其驱动器。
论文的主要设计研究工作包括以下几个方面:
(1)全自动剥线机机械部分的设计和研究,包括圆柱螺旋弹簧、步进电动机和同步带等零部件的设计计算和选择。
( 2)全自动剥线机控制部分的研究与选择,包括液晶显示器、键盘、单片机和 ppmc111 芯片的选择。
本文所设计研究的全自动剥线机最终所能实现的功能是: 可同时剥五根线, 其中包括全剥、半剥和中间剥几种形式。

ABSTRACT
Summary this text to make , design and study to full-automatic machine of line shelled mainly. Shell the line machine to divide into machinery and two electric parts automatically. The mechanical part is divided into a chassis, shelled two major parts of line package . It is from case in chassis body, behind make up apron ,etc.,play a role in supporting and joining and cutting and shelling the package , electric package.
