办公室废纸脱墨生产线设备选型及设计
摘要
本次设计根据办公室废纸的主要制浆工序和关键设备参数来设计工艺流程并进行可行性论证;在可行性论证的基础上选择适当的办公室废纸原料;在了解其制浆的相关性能参数后,查找与生产工艺相对应的设备资料并进行设备类型对比分析;然后再按已确定的工艺流程进行浆水平衡计算,并根据计算的结果和在工厂参加实****时所学的知识进行最终的设备选型;最后以车间设备布置蓝图为参考,绘制本次毕业设计的设备布置图。
工艺方面:使用美废37#(经拣选的办公室废杂纸)作为原料,脱墨工艺使用凝聚性脱墨剂, 通过中浓水力碎浆,完成初步的纤维疏解与油墨的凝聚;再根据油墨此时的立体形态及比重,选用压力缝筛, 低浓重质除渣器、浮选槽,完成对油墨的主要脱除;添加热分散系统,对残留的小分子油墨、胶黏物进行分散、搓揉,达到要求的纸浆性能;使用漂白塔,增加纸浆白度,达到抄造纸张的白度要求。
设备方面:以采用ANDRITZ制浆设备为主,辅以达到质量要求的国内设备,在完成正常项目设计的同时,降低投资成本。
通过本次设计,了解办公室废纸制浆的生产工艺及所用设备,进一步巩固所学知识,为以后的工作及研究打下基础。

Abstract
