1 多部位肿瘤适形放疗 CT 定位扫描技术的探讨及其临床意义【摘要】目的: 探讨适形放疗中 CT 模拟三维定位扫描技术( Three Dimensional Treatment Plan system 3DTPS ) 及其应用价值。治疗与方法: 回顾分析 620 例体颈头部多种肿瘤的 CT 模拟三维定位技术及其应用,体位固定方式:框架定位与激光定位技术。结果: CT 模拟过程在 CT 重建图像上进行, CT 扫描能精确确定计划靶区。注意 CT 扫描参数的掌握,数据的精确采集, CT 值的测定等能满足适形放疗的需要。结论: CT 模拟定位在适形放疗中有重要价值。【关键词】:肿瘤; CT 模拟定位;适形放疗[Abstract] objective: To study CT scanning technique and the application of simulative three-dimensional treatment plan system (3DTPS) in conformal therapy. Materiates and Methods: We reviewed CT simulation 3-D orientation and its application in 620 cases of tumor of body, neck and head, the fixation mode including frame and laser light orientation. Result: The course of CT simulation was carried on the reconstructed imaging, the target was exactly confirmed by CT scan, choose suitable 2 parameter, collect exact data and measure CT were important to conformal radiotherapy. Conclusion: CT simulation orientation is of great value for conformal radiotherapy. [Key words] tumor; CT simulation orientation; conformal radiotherapy 随着现代计算机技术和医学影像技术的发展, 肿瘤的放射治疗进入了三维适形放疗( threedimensional conformal radiation therapy,3-DCRT ) 的新时代, 亦对肿瘤的定位精度提出了更高的要求, ,为肿瘤治疗高精确度、高剂量和低损伤开辟了新的途径。在胸腹及颅内恶性肿瘤的治疗应用中,现已取得了显著的疗效, 。特点是对靶区实行精确的定位,使靶区能进行多个小野、三维集束、大剂量照射,为此对 CT 下模拟定位要求尤为关键, 定位的准确性直接影响病人的治疗效果。我院自 2002 年8 月开展该项技术以来,采用 CT 下实行定位 620 例患者, 已取得满意的效果, 本文拟探讨该技术在临床应用中的方法和技术。 1 .设备 CT 设备 GE Lightspeed 16 排螺旋 CT
