为防止幕墙渗漏情况的发生，监理人员应注意下列问题：
1、施工前结合本工程外形特点认真审核施工图纸，特别注意审核沉降缝、转角、窗台、女儿墙压顶等特殊部位的细部处理是否完善、能否满足防渗漏要求，在施工过程中监理人员应将这些部位的施工工作作为旁站检查项目来监理。
2、铝板与铝板之间应留有一定的缝隙，内打密封胶，在打前应对缝隙进行清洁，密封胶胶路要严密、均匀。
3、铝框架完成后，需在所有节点打密封胶后才装玻璃安装幕墙时切勿堵塞排水孔，确保幕墙的防水性能达到设计要求。
表面色差原因分析：
1、所用铝板不是同一批
2、制作加工或安装时铝板方向不一致
因此，监理人员在铝板施工过程中首先要检查铝板的产地，色号等是否一致，其次，要注意铝板在制作，安装过程中铝板的剪头应一个方向，以避免色差的产生。
铝板加工后影响强度原因分析：
目前施工的铝幕墙及大部是进口国外铝合金板材，在国内切割、折边加工，特别是复合板，进海关时基本上是大坡的复铝板，通场由施工单位在仓库或现场上加工，加工中引起强度不安全的原因是：
1、铝板加工开槽用U字口，折边时不加结构胶
2、开槽中刀刃划到面板铝板，因为铝板上、，～，，而这个直角是复合板安装的最薄弱环节，耐久性差，，强度低，因此监理人员在监理过程中应注意如下几点：
(1)在高层建筑中对复合铝板应填重使用，特别是目前的超高层建筑，应尽量使用单层铝板或蜂窝铝板。
(2)复合板的折边加工应要求用V字槽，不能用U字槽，开V槽是应注意不划伤表铝板，而且在折边前应在V字槽内打结构硅胶，折边后使硅胶挤满两45度边，以增加强度。
