摘要
本设计主要是对日处理100吨鲜乳的脱脂乳粉厂生产工艺设计。
首先,针对脱脂乳粉市场提出建厂的可行性研究报告;其次,对工艺流程、物料与热量平衡、设备选型等进行计算与设计;另外,对车间及厂区布置,水、电、气用量及费用进行了初步的设计方案。
本设计采用国内外较先进的工艺流程,主要对物料和能量的节约和对重点工段的设备选型做了介绍与衡算。其中对重点设备——三效降膜式蒸发器和压力式喷雾干燥塔进行了详细的设计;P体系做了详尽了解。
根据设计内容,本设计绘制了工艺流程图、三效降膜式蒸发器设计图、压力式喷雾干燥塔设计图、车间平面布置图及全厂平面布置图。

The Design on Skimmed Milk Powder Factory with Daily Processing 100 tons of the Fresh Milk
Abatract:This is a process the daily processing 100 tons of fresh milk skimmed milk powder factory.
First of all, the skimmed milk powder market puts forward the plant's feasibility study report; secondly, we design the process, material and energy balance, equipment selection; in addition,we calculate the workshop and plant layout, water, electricity, gas consumption and costs of preliminary.
The design on the use of domestic and foreign advanced technology, mainly obout the material and energy saving and key process equipment selection is introduced and calculated. The key equipments—three effect falling film evaporator and pressure type spray drying tower are designed in detail. The same time it is understood that the P system which affects the quality.
According to the content, the design draws the process flow diagram, three effect falling film evaporator design, pressure spray drying tower design, workshop layout and the factory layout diagram.
