中西医结合治疗手足口病疗效观察.doc中西医结合治疗手足口病疗效观察【摘要】目的: 研究中西医结合治疗手足口病与单纯西药治疗效果的差异。方法: 选取 2013 年3月-2014 年3 月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的手足口病患儿 176 例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组 88 例。对照组采用静脉注射病毒唑 10 mg/kg ,1次/d ,和雾化等对症处理, 试验组在此基础上给予中药外用方加内服方。严格监测两组患儿的发热、皮疹消退情况, 以及患儿其他身体指标的变化。结果: 试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组( P< ) ,且发热消退时间、皮疹消退时间及痊愈时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P< ) 。结论:中西医联合治疗手足口病与单纯西药治疗相比,具有缩短疗程、提高疗效的优点。【关键词】中西医结合; 手足口病中图分类号 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805 ( 2015 ) 29-0032-02 Curative Effect Observation of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Hand Foot Mouth Disease/WEI Xue-mei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research , 2015 , 13( 29): 32-33 【 Abstract 】 Objective : To study the treatment effect differences between integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine and pure Western medicine in treatment of hand foot and mouth : 176 cases of children with hand foot and mouth disease in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group , 88 cases in each group.
