I 摘要评教系统作为评价教学效果和总结教学实践的便捷工具,可以全面提高教学管理手段,为教学改革和发展提供科学依据。本论文旨在提出一种新的评教模型, 使对教师的教学评价更加科学、全面、公平、公正。本论文阐述了基于 Web 的评教系统的开发技术,这一系统主要针对山西职业技术学院的教学管理评价需求而设计开发的,是一个运用可不断优化的评价模型对教师的教学过程及效果进行评测的软件平台。本论文详细说明了评教系统的需求分析和设计方案, 以及实现技术。该评教系统是利用计算机及局域网或广域网对每学期每位教师的教学过程及效果进行全面评价的软件系统,具有收集信息广、调查范围大、省时省力效率高等特点,使评教更趋于公平、公正。该评教系统采用 B/S 结构。该系统的数据模型是依据学校教学管理专家的经验, 经过总结提炼而成,进而转换成算法。算法中运用了统计学理论对评价数据的差异程度进行分析,运用了数据挖掘理论,发现大量的、各种各样的数据中所潜藏的含义。关键词: 评教, 专家系统, B/S 模式, 数据挖掘 II ABSTRACT As a effective tool of evaluating teachi ng result and summarizing teaching practice, education evaluation system could improve te aching management and provide scientific basis. This paper expounds th e newest opinions on educatio n evaluation, raise a novel model of education evaluation, in order to evaluate teaching in a more scientific, comprehensive and fair way. We introduce the technology of evaluate teaching based on Web. The system mainly considers the need of evaluating and managing teaching practice in Shanxi institute of career education. It is a software platfo rm using con tinuous optimum evaluating models that can be used to evaluate teachers’ ch aracter and their teaching. We elaborate the demand analysis, design as well as the implementation technique of education evaluation system. The syst em puter and LAN or WAN to evaluate teaching process and the effect of every prehensively. It is good at collecting information and inve stigating and makes evaluation fairer and more efficient. B/S mode was adopted in the system. The models are based on experts’ experience which is cumulated during teaching management. Then we summarize it and turn it into algorithm. The algorithm uses statistical theory to analy ze the variation of evaluating data. During the use of data mining theory, we find the implicit meaning in various data.
