Through studying sophisticated CTI technology and re ferring essful cases of interactive telephone conferen ce in domestic an d external, this article introduces how to design a te lephone conference system with powerful functions and convenient operation on the existing voice platform. This article makes a brief introduc tion to CTI technology first, then gives a voice platform sample whic h is developed by suntek technology company and widely used in domestic, and describes the evolution of voice platform; then, gives the suntek pany's solutions of the telephone conference. At last, based on the actual requirements of business, the article researches the call contro l and voice process and the designation and realization of web ma nagement which relate to telephone conference by establishing telephone conference system model. Call control mainly based on the ex isting voice platform, use DSP2 card which added on the EXS2000 programmab le switches instead of the media server using dialogic voice card.
