变电工区sopins系统软件设计与实现.pdf

摘 要
变电站安全作业是变电站安全、可靠、稳定运行的基本要求，是电力系统自
动化建设的必要环节，本文分析了变电站作业存在的安全隐患，列举了现有监控
技术的不足，并在此基础上，提出了变电工区安全作业及智能巡视导航系统(Safe
Operating and Patrol Intelligent Navigation System, SOPINS)的建设课题，解决了变电
站误入间隔自动告警、入站人员定位跟踪、巡视轨迹自动展示等威胁到作业安全
等问题。SPIS
本文从该系统软件设计的角度出发，结合电力物联网解决方案，在需求分析
的基础上，阐述采用的软件设计模式，软件开发框架，研究了功能模块划分方法
及每个功能模块的工作流程。研究了系统的通信方式，结合数据交互的内容设计
了可靠的通信规约。根据系统对数据的交互、存储要求完成了数据库物理模型设
计并实现。最后，经过系统测试和验证，进一步论证了系统设计的合理性，科学
性。

ABSTRACT
Safe operating is the basic requirement for a stable and reliable Transformer
Substation. It is also the essential link of the power system automation construction.
This paper analysis the safety loopholes and lists leaks of the current monitoring
technology in the Transformer Substation. Further, it presents the courses that construct
the Safe Operating and Patrol Intelligent Navigation System(SOPINS) in Transformer
Substation, and resolves the operating risk in Transformer Substation.
From the point of view of the software design, combine with the electrics power
content networking solution and on the basis of the demand analysis, this article sates
the software design mode, points out the software develop pattern, researches the
methods that distribute functional modules and studies the modules operating flow.
What’s more, according to the content of the interactive data, it researches the
communication means and develops a reliable communication protocol. Mostly, on the
basis of the demands of the data interaction and storage, this paper accomplishes the
design and achievement of the data base physic model. Finally, it demonstrates the
system’s rationality and scientificity through the system test and verification.
