摘要：随着大电网安全稳定问题复杂程度的提高，离线分析系统中安排方式的暂态和动态安全性校验要求变得更为迫切。本文介绍了离线研究系统的框架和计算流程，该系统基于电网模型的时态属性，在实体数据库、实时数据库以及多用户并行集群计算平台支撑下，能够针对待校核方式进行安全稳定分析计算，为调度运行人员提供了实用化的研究分析功能。该系统将有助于调度人员进一步理解电网安全稳定特性，合理安排运行方式，保障电网运行安全。

Development of Offline Analysis and Research System for Bulk Power System

Abstract：
Nowadays the security and stability problem of bulk power system becomes more and more complex, which makes it more important to satisfy the verification requirements of transient and dynamic security according to the arranged operation mode in Off-line Analysis and Research System (OARS). The Framework and calculation process of the OARS are proposed in this paper. Based on the temporal characteristics of network model, OARS can analyze and calculate the power system’s security and stability with the fundaments of entity database, real-time database and the multi-user distributed parallel computation. With the help of OARS, the dispatchers can understand the mechanism of power system’s security and stability deeper, and arrange the operation method more reasonable to realize its operation safety.
