摘 要：
黄鳝(Monopterus albus)属鱼纲，合鳃目，合鳃科，黄鳝属[1]。近年来，由于受环境的污染及滥捕的加剧，致使黄鳝的自然资源量不断下降。虽然黄鳝的人工繁殖在我国许多地方均已获得成功，但因黄鳝的性转化现象、怀卵量低及吐泡沫营巢孵卵[2]等特点，使黄鳝人工繁殖首先不同与其它鱼类的人工繁殖。其次在全人工条件下，黄鳝雌雄性腺发育不能完全同步，受精率、孵化率不高，孵化时间长、出膜时间不整齐等因素，这使黄鳝的人工繁殖更具特殊性，要获得大量的苗种有相当的难度。目前这已成为制约黄鳝的大规模人工集约化养殖及取得更多发展的主要因素之一。
本实验就是基于以上情况主要针对黄鳝人工繁殖技术而进行的研究.，主要研究了不同的外源性激素对黄鳝的催产效果的影响，并通过与拟自然繁殖对照[3]，观察了解人工繁殖的效应。

Abstract: Rice field eel (Monopterus albu) is one of the economically important fish species in China. It belongs to class pisces, order synbranchiformes, family synbranchidae, and genus monopterus in taxonomy. In recent years, the natural resource of rice field eel is declining constantly because of the excessive environmental pollution and over fishing. On the other hand, the rice field eel possesses special characteristics of sex reversal, low fecundity and spitting froth nest for hatching. So, the artificial reproduction of rice field eel is difference with other fish species. It is quilt difficult to produce seeds in large scale on controlled conditions. The successful artificial breeding is limited by such factors as asynchronization of the male and female gonad development, low fertilizing rate and hatching rate, long hatching period and asynchronous hatching out, etc.
