　　[摘要] 目的 分析新生儿腹泻的病因，并探究其临床药物的治疗效果。方法 方便选择该院自2017年3月—2019年3月期间收治的新生儿腹泻患儿58例，将其作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，研究患儿发病的主要因素，并利用奇偶数分组法将患儿分成两组（对照组与研究组），其中，对照组予以患儿蒙脱石散，研究组在对照组治疗方式的基础上予以患儿妈咪爱，观察并对比两组患儿临床治疗效果和临床指标的变化。结果 58例患儿出现腹泻主要因素为喂养不当（%），应用抗生素（%），呼吸道感染（%），新生儿肺炎（%），新生儿败血症（%）;同时，两组患儿经治疗后，%，明顯高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=，P=）;且研究组患儿在住院时间（±）d、发热缓解时间（±）d、大便次数恢复正常时间（±）d以及大便形态恢复正常时间（±）d的数据，均明显优于对照组（t=、、、，P<）。结论 喂养不当、呼吸道感染、新生儿败血症以及使用抗生素是发生新生儿腹泻的主要原因，应用妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散进行治疗，能够明显改善患儿临床症状，促进患儿的康复，值得研究推广。

　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the etiology of neonatal diarrhea， and to explore the therapeutic effects of clinical drugs. Methods 58 neonates with diarrhea who were treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were convenient selected as the research object. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed， and the main factors of children's morbidity were studied. The children were divided into two groups using the odd-even grouping method （control group and study group）， in which the control group received montmorillonite powder， and the study group gave the child mummy love based on the treatment of the control group. The effects of clinical treatment and changes in clinical indicators were compared between the two groups of children. Results The main causes of diarrhea in 58 children were improper feeding （%）， antibiotics（%）， respiratory infections （%）， neonatal pneumonia （%）， neonatal sepsis （%）; meanwhile， after treatment of the two groups of children， the effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was %， which was significantly higher than that in the control group （χ2=，P=）; and the children in the study group were hospitalized （±
