MPA学位论文作者:贺瑞雪甘肃省城镇化发展模式研究摘要城市是社会生产力发展到一定历史阶段的产物,是人类文明进步的结晶。城市发展也是经济社会发展的重要标志。本世纪以来,城市几乎已经成为一个国家的缩影。在我国全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的征程中,城镇化是推动经济社会发展的强大动力,而且正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。进入新世纪以来,我国的城镇飞速发展,城镇规模迅速扩大,城镇化速度进一步加快,而位于中国内陆的甘肃,城镇化水平与全国有较大的差距,与甘肃省的工业化没有形成良好的互动。因此,选择符合甘肃省情的城镇化战略及模式是保证城镇健康发展、经济社会全面发展的关键所在。论文对甘肃省城镇化发展模式进行了系统的研究。从理论层面对城镇化和城镇化发展模式的相关概念和内涵进行研究,分析了区位条件、经济发展水平、国家和地方政策、自然地理条件等因素对城镇化发展模式的影响,总结了城镇化发展模式的一般规律。对甘肃省城镇化历史进程进行了划分,分析了甘肃省城镇化的现状特征、存在的问题以及深层次的原因。从国外和国内两个视角对城镇化的发展模式进行了分析,并提出了甘肃省在城镇化模式构建方面应该吸取的经验与教训。在论述甘肃城镇化发展模式构建思路的基础上,提出了大中小城市协调发展的“点—轴"渐进式扩散模式,对在这一模式下的城镇化应该重点考虑的问题进行了说明。最后,分别从三次产业、企业、基础设施、政策层面对甘肃省城镇化发展模式实现的保障机制进行了探讨。关键词:城镇化,发展模式,甘肃省 MPA学位论文作者:贺瑞雪甘肃省城镇化发展模式研究 AB STRACT C时is theproduct ofthedevelopment ofsocialproductive forces at acertainhistoricalstage aswell astheresultoftheprogress ofhuman also animportant symbol ofeconomic and thiscentury,cities have almost already bec,omeminiatures ofa theprocess oftheoverallconstrucfion ofaWell-offsociety and aharmonious socialistsociety,urbanization apowerful driving force fortheeconomic and socialdevelopment and playing anincreasinglyimportant thenow century,cities and towns ofour country hasbeendeveloping and expanding rapidly andthepace ofurbanization has an inlandprovince ofChina,Gansu’S urbanizationlevel stillhas along way to level of Gansu’s urbanization has e intobeing effectwell埘th its ,to choose aright urbanization strategyand model which accordance谢th the realsituation ofGansu the core of ahealey development ofcitiesand towns aswell as acomprehensive economic andsocialdevelopment.
