课程设计任务书学生姓名: 专业班级: 电信 0902 指导教师: 刘运苟工作单位: 信息工程学院题目: 高输入阻抗放大器设计初始条件: 具备模拟电子电路的理论知识; 具备模拟电路基本电路的设计能力; 具备模拟电路的基本调试手段;自选相关电子器件;可以使用实验室仪器调试。要求完成的主要任务:( 包括课程设计工作量及其技术要求, 以及说明书撰写等具体要求) 1 、输入电压和输出电压函数关系为: 100 o i v v ? 2 、输入信号频率不大于 100HZ 3 、在室温下,若信号源内阻在 100K Ω至 1MΩ变化时,信号源开路电压为 50mv ~ 100mv 时,放大器误差不大于 1% 4 、要求共模抑制比≥ 60dB 5 、设计电源; 6 、焊接:采用实验板完成,不得使用面包板。 4 、安装调试并完成符合学校要求的设计说明书时间安排: 十八周一周,其中 3 天硬件设计, 2 天硬件调试指导教师签名: 年月日系主任(或责任教师)签名: 年月日目录摘要·······································································I 1原理与器件的选择··························································1 LM7815 、LM7915 的简介··················································1 OP07CP 集成芯片的介绍··················································2 2工作原理及原理图··························································3 框图··································································3 直流电源的电路图及原理················································3 高输入阻抗差动放大器的电路图及原理····································5 3Protues 仿真与结果分析·····················································7 仿真波形图····························································7 结果分析······························································7 4电路焊接··································································8 5心得体会··································································9 6致谢·····································································10 参考文献···································································11 摘要要实现高输入阻抗一个重要的任务就是要能够抑制零点漂移,另一个重要的任务就是能够放大偏差信号。抑制零点漂移的可以采用下面几种方法:(1)利用直流负反馈,稳定电路的静态工作点。(2)采用温度特性较好的高性能器件。(3)采用温度补偿法,利用热敏器件的参数随温度变化而变化的特性,抵消电路随温度变化而变化的影响。采用差分放大电路,利用特性相同的对管,使它们的温度漂移互相抵消。本实验是以集成芯片 OP07C 设计的高输入阻抗放大电路。为了提高输入阻抗,电路采用同相输入端加信号电压的方法,同时为了保证两个信号源都加到运放的同相输入端,采用两个同相放大电路组成第一级放大。电路结构对称,除了具有高输入阻抗外,还具有很高的共模抑制比性能,第二级为差动放大电路。该电路可用于信号源有公共地端和不接地两种情况。直流电压源采用的是 LM7815 、LM7915 ,型号的集成稳压芯片组成的具有同时输出的+15V 、-15V 电压的稳压电路。并用 PROTUES 仿真软件对实验电路进行仿真。关键字:OP07C ;LM7815 ;LM7915 ;高输入阻抗;高共模抑制 1原理与器件的选择
