摘要:探讨了漏磁检测在常压储罐罐底腐蚀缺陷检测中的应用。利用 FLOORMAP 2000 罐底漏磁扫
描仪对五个 1 000 m3 以上的常压储罐进行现场检测,给出了罐底的腐蚀状况。漏磁检测、宏观检测和超
声波测厚结果的对比分析证实了漏磁检测方法的可靠性,最后综合分析了引起储罐罐底腐蚀失效的主要
原因。

Abstract : Application of ic flux leakage (MFL ) testing to the detection of corrosion in
atmosphericstorage tank floor was studied. Five storage tanks of more than 1000 m3 were inspected
by using FLOORMAP 2000tank floor ic flux leakage scanner and the corrosion information of
the tanks was showed. It was proved parative analysis of the result s of MFL inspection , visual
examination and ult rasonic thickness testing that MFLinspection was reliable. On the other hand , the
main reasons for the corrosion and failure of tank floor were prehensively.

随着中国经济的高速发展,对石油的需求也急剧增长。随着大量储油库的出现,储罐(尤其是底板) 因
腐蚀引起的泄漏将会成为一个非常严峻的问题。美国石油学会早在 1991 年就该问题制订了 API 653 标
准[1 ] ,该标准为地上常压储罐提供了预防性维修和检测技术要求,通过对储罐的检测与评估可及时了解储
罐的结构完整性及运行状况。但该标准并没有专门说明具体的罐底板检修程序和范围,至于检测
