[教育教学]高师院校《食用菌学》课程教学优化研究            摘要    食用菌具有良好的发展前景和重要价值。《食用菌学》在培养应用型人才起到了重要作用。《食用菌学》是实践性很强的一门课程,但在教学中存在着理论与实践相互脱节的问题。本文通过分析和研究高师院校《食用菌学》课程理论教学与实践环节之间关系,把理论与实践纳入一个整体进行优化,确立实践环节的重要地位,提出《食用菌学》课程理论教学与实践环节的整体优化方案,对该课程的教学起到积极的推动作用。 关键词    食用菌  理论教学  实践环节  教学优化 Abstract     Edible Fungi has a good perspective of development and great  Course of the Science of Edible Fungi plays an important role in fostering applicable talented  the Course of the Science of Edible Fungi is a course with a great quality of practice,the problem of the theories being isolated from practice  this thesis,through the research into the relationship between theoretical teaching and practice of the course of the Science of Edible Fungi,the theories and practice can be improved as a whole and the important position of practice is  plan of improving theoretical teaching of the course of The Science of Edible Fungi and its practice as a whole is put forward,which plays a positive role in teaching this course. Key Words     Edible Fungi  theoretical teaching  the procedure of  practice improving the course     食用菌是指可供人类食用的大型真菌,许多食用菌是美味的“山珍”。全世界食用菌大约有2000余种。我国幅员辽阔,自然气候、地形、植被种类复杂多样,菌类资源十分丰富,已知食用菌种类有近千种。随着生物科学技术的发展,以及对食用菌生产技术的深入研究,能够人工栽培或进行菌丝体深层培养的食用菌有90种以上,其中40余种可以进行商业性生产。还有许多质优、味美或具有药用价值的名贵种类有待研究开发利用。从广度和深度看,食用菌发展潜力很大。食用菌营养丰富、味道鲜美,具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低热量,富含多种维生素、矿质元素和膳
