摘要
造船企业是造船供应链的核心,如何提高供应链管理水平已成为各造船企业的工
作重心,为了在竞争激烈的国际船舶市场中赢得更多的市场份额,船企越发重视造船
供应链在船舶建造过程中的作用。造船供应链是以船舶总装企业为核心,由原材料企
业、船舶配套设备企业以及船研所、船级社构成的一条特殊供应链,与普通制造业供
应链相比有显著的特征。为了保证造船业的稳定持续发展,有必要对造船供应链风险
进行有效的识别、分析、评价及预防与控制。
本文首先对造船供应链风险及供应链运作模型相关理论进行梳理和总结,同时结
合造船供应链自身的特点以及 SCOR 模型的基本流程,从计划流程、采购流程、建造
流程以及交船流程四个阶段对造船供应链相关风险因素进行讨论,依据定性分析并结
合问卷调查和资料整理的方式,对造船供应链风险因素进行了识别,由分析结果建立
了造船供应链风险指标体系,从外部环境、生产计划、采购供应、生产建造、船舶交
付、合作关系六个方面研究造船供应链风险。最后采用层次分析法对造船供应链风险
因素的 6 个一级指标和 28 个二级指标的权重进行了确认,并通过模糊综合理论建立了
造船供应链风险评价模型。
在实证研究部分,以 D 造船与 R 造船供应链为研究对象,识别评价了造船供应链
的风险状况,并对评价结果进行了分析;最后构建了造船供应链风险的预防与控制框
架体系,并提出了应对造船供应链风险的相关预防控制措施。
通过本文研究,我们不仅对造船供应链所涉及的相关风险因素有了深刻的认识,
还可以利用研究结果来指导造船供应链风险管理,使造船供应链发挥更大的作用。

supply chain management is critical in the 21st century enterprise and petition,
