子宫内膜异位症患者血清和腹腔液VEGF测定及其诊断价值
【摘要】目的: 测定子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者血清和腹腔液VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)水平,并探讨它的诊断价值. 方法: 采用RIA的方法测定34例EMT患者和15例非EMT患者(对照组)血清和腹腔液中VEGF的含量,并与RAFS评分进行相关性分析. 结果: 两组间体质量指数差异均无显著性(P>),EMT组血清VEGF蛋白水平显著高于对照组(ng/L, 463±64 vs 52±30, P<). EMT组腹腔液VEGF极高于对照组(ng/L, 1630±82 vs 142±73, P<). 轻度及重度EMT患者血清和腹腔液VEGF水平均明显高于对照组,重度组又较轻度组明显升高(ng/L,376±59 vs 589±76, P<)和(ng/L, 1201±95 vs 1822±112, P<). EMT患者血清和腹腔VEGF水平与RAFS评分间均呈直线正相关关系. 结论: EMT患者血清和腹腔液VEGF水平明显升高并随疾病的严重程度而上升,尤其是腹腔液VEGF,可能有望成为EMT诊断的辅助性指标.

【Abstract】 AIM: To determine the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein in sera and peritoneal fluid from patients with endometriosis (EMT) and to evaluate its diagnostic value.
