Title : The application of the screen printing technology in the PCB manufacturing process
Abstract: Screen printing is an ancient and unique printing technology. Characteristics of this technology demonstrated its many advantages, with the screen printing materials, equipment and technology innovation and its integration with other technologies now make screen-printing technology has broad prospects for expanding the market. In particular the development of functional inks. Screen printing applications to make more diversified, and has been expanding. With screen printing requirements of the continuous development of technology for the PCB industry, the new screen printing materials, printing processes and testing equipment had perfected, making the current screen printing technology can adapt to high-density PCB production. This paper will PCB process of screen printing materials for presentation to introduce screen-printing at the same time targeted at the production of single and double panel.

1 引言
印制电路板是指在绝缘基材上,按预定设计制成印制线路、印制元件或由两者结合而成的导电图形在绝缘基材上。提供元器件之间电气连接的导电图形,称为印制线路。印制电路或者印制线路的成品板称为印制电路板,英文名称是Printed ckcuit Board,缩写是PCB。印制电路板是电子工业的重要部件之一。
