矿渣和石膏混合制备墙体材料的试验研究

摘要: 以大量的石膏和矿渣为原料, 适当掺入水泥和其他组分制备不同配比的试块, 选择凝结时
间合理且强度较高的一组试块进行 XRD 分析和 SEM 照片分析. 研究表明配比为矿渣石膏水
泥= 48 40 12, 水灰比为 0 42 的试块性能最好. 由于水泥、矿渣以及其他添加剂的加入, 能够很
好地调节墙体材料的耐水性. 矿渣中含有 S i和 A ,l 通过石膏的激发作用, 石膏与矿渣中的 A l形
成钙矾石, 钙矾石呈凝胶状态, 具有很好的强度和耐水性.

Abstract: Gypsum s and slag are used as raw m aterials, m ixed w ith cem ent and ponents to prepare d i-f
