摘要
通过对巧克力糖包装机的深度研究,以及有关资料的查阅,先绘制机械运动传动系统的方案草图,再合理地选择各个机构的有关参数,逐步完成零部件的参数计算和设计,以求能达到总体配合的最大效果,最后精确绘制有关的零件和运动分析图,并标明参数
糖果包装机属于食品类产品包装机,按照包装的形式有折叠式包裹、扭结式包裹两大类。这种包装机一般采用卷盘式包装材料,在主机上实现包装材料分切、包裹及封口工序。
本次设计的糖果包装机属于扭结式包裹,是较为传动的一种糖果包装机。它广泛应用于中小型糖果生产企业,自动化程度较高,既可以完成单层或多层纸的包装,也可以包装多种形状的硬糖或软糖,包装方法简单美观,结实牢靠,消费者使用方面。另外,本次设计的主要是采用机械式传动控制机构,因为糖果包装机,生产任务为每班产量570kg,约合自动机的正常生产率为120件/ min。考虑自动机工艺条件的变化,采用无级调速,使自动机的生产率为70~130件/min。目前国内外糖果包装机太多采用机械传动式。因为连杆、凸轮机构一经调整后,就能严格保证动作的可靠性,并且能实现比较复杂的动作。
