摘要
该论文主要研究在一定浸胶量、一定挥发份含量的条件下,热压工艺对杨木单板塑化及性能的影响,寻求最合理的热压工艺,提高杨木单板各方面的性能,从而提高其利用率。其中涉及到正交试验,并且着重研究了压力对塑化杨木单板力学性能的影响,以及不同温度、不同处理时间水浸泡处理对塑化杨木单板的力学性能及膨胀性能的影响。最后研究了在一定温度,一定时间的条件下,压力对塑化杨木单板压缩率的影响。
结论:
1. 压力、温度和时间对杨木单板性能都有很大的影响,保压温度150℃、时间4min和压力4MPa时塑化杨木单板的性能最好。
2. 压力是影响塑化杨木单板性能的关键因素。
3. 水的温度是影响塑化杨木单板的吸水膨胀率的关键因素。水的温度越高,吸水膨胀率越大。
4. 压力影响塑化杨木单板的压缩率,压力越大,压缩率越大,但变化的幅度逐渐降低。

Abstract
This article was about the influence of hot pressing technology upon the plastic property of poplar veneer and the size and strength property of plastic poplar veneer under certain dipping and volatile condition. Seeking the most reasonable hot pressing technology in order to improve the performance of all aspects of poplar veneer and improve their utilization. Involving orthogonal, and focuses on the pressure on Poplar veneer mechanical properties, and different temperatures, different treatment time of water immersion on the mechanical properties of Poplar veneer and expansion properties. The final study was the pressure on Poplar pression rate under a certain temperature and a certain time.
Conclusions:
1. pressure, temperature and time on the veneer had effects on the performance, and the most reasonable hot pressing technology when Poplar veneer had the best performance was that the packing temperature of 150 ℃, the packing time of 4min and the packing pressure of 4MPa .
2. Poplar veneer of pressure is a key factor in performance.
3. The water temperature is the key factor influencing the sopping swell of plastic poplar veneer. The higher the water temperature, the bigger the sopping swell.
press had an effect on pression ratio of Poplar veneer, the greater the pressure, the greater pression ratio, but the fluctuations are gradually reduced.
