摘要
智能建筑(Inteiligent Buildings)是建筑技术与计算机信息技术相结合的产物,是信息社会与经济国际化的需要。智能建筑往往是从楼宇自动化控制系统开始。智能建筑内部有大量的机电设备,如供配电设备、照明设备、空气调节设备、给排水设备等,他们为建筑人们生活和生产提供必需的环境保障。
本文主要是对空调及冷热源系统、给排水系统的设备运行规律和控制特性进行了阐述。通过楼宇自控系统的设计和控制器、传感器和执行器的选择设计出滨海国际会展的弱电系统。
关键词:楼宇自动化系统、智能建筑、空调系统
ABSTRACT
Intelligent Building (Inteiligent Buildings) in construction technology puter information technology integration of the product, is the information society and the needs of the international economy. Intelligent Building is often building automation control system from the beginning. Intelligent Building a large number of internal mechanical and electrical equipment, such as power supply equipment, lighting equipment, air-conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, for the construction of people's lives and production to provide the necessary protection of the environment.
In this paper, air conditioning and cold and heat source system, water supply and drainage system of laws and control equipment operating characteristics described. Building Automation System through the design and controllers, sensors actuators to the choice of design Binhai International Conference and Exhibition of the weak system.
