摘要
印刷过程中将青、品、黄油墨叠印达到视觉上的中性灰色,其对印刷品的色彩还原质量起着至关重要的作用,是印刷中的一个重要控制参数。研究灰平衡数据,一方面是为了稳定在色彩合成中纸张和油墨的呈***能、墨层密度、网点增大与叠印效率对色彩还原的影响,另一方面也为了在分色时对色彩数据进行全面调整和补偿,保证灰平衡的再现,可以使印刷品避免出现色偏的现象。
本文将通过实验方法,以实际单黑灰度色条为标准,利用三原色油墨来模拟单黑效果,获得不同灰度阶调下的C、M、Y墨量配比,从而获得灰平衡数据,绘制灰平衡曲线。首先,利用IGT—C1胶印印刷适性仪,获得单黑灰度色条做为标准灰;然后,获得三原色实地色条,通过光谱分析获取C.、M、Y三原色光谱曲线,了解不同油墨的呈***能;最后,利用IGT—C1胶印印刷适性仪,并结合计算机配色系统X-RITE(Gretag Macbeth) ,根据油墨、纸张的光谱特性,利用X-RITE(Gretag Macbeth) ,计算、修正获得特定印刷适性下的灰平衡数据。
通过该实验,我们可以从油墨、纸张的光谱特性这一新角度,获取特定印刷适性下的灰平衡数据。我们希望:三原色混合黑(灰)与单色黑(灰)之间的色差能控制在3以内;三原色混合黑(灰)与单色黑(灰)之间的密度能有较好的拟合度。同时,由于亮调与暗调处的呈色原理不同,我们还希望能探讨亮调与暗调处灰平衡控制的难易。

Abstract
Making green, magenta and yellow ink to achieve the visual neutral gray color is the summary of the printing process. Gray balance plays a vital role in the color reproduction and is also an important control parameter in the printing process. The study of gray balance, on the one hand, it can make the impact on color production by keeping coloring properties of paper and ink, ink density, dot gain and trapping efficiency stable; on the other, it can make the overall adjustment pensation during the process of color separation, which can ensure gray balance and thus making color mismatched impossible.
This article will use the three primary colors ink to simulate the effect of single black, we adopt the actual single black gray bar as standard, so that data of gray balance is obtained and curve of gray balance is drown. First of all, using offset printability tester IGT-C1 to achieve single black grayscale color bar as standard gray. Secondly, getting the field bar of three primary colors to obtain spectrum curve of C、M、Y inks, so as to learn colorimetric properties of different ink.
