摘要
实现外贸的持续发展是江苏从外贸大省向外贸强省转变的内在要求。改革开放以来,江苏发挥其地理位置优势,大力拓展对外贸易,贸易规模迅速扩大,外贸竞争力显著提高。但是,必须清醒认识到江苏外贸面临着很多问题,在这些问题的背后存在着一系列制约江苏外贸持续发展的深层原因。为了更好的指导江苏对外贸易的进一步发展,优化江苏省对外贸易结构,构建适合江苏省对外贸易发展贸易强省之路,就必须对江苏省对外贸易结构进行研究,发现问题,提出对策,使江苏省成为真正的外贸强省。
本文首先介绍了当前江苏省对外贸易发展背景,分析了近几年来江苏省对外贸易进出口总额的增长及下跌情况,从各个方面分析了江苏省对外贸易结构,对江苏省近几年来外贸发展的突出业绩进行肯定。进而发现江苏省对外贸易结构中存在的问题,以及对江苏省外贸发展的不利影响,并针对这些问题提出一些建议。从外贸的商品结构、地域结构、主体结构和方式几个方面进行分析,同时提出了优化外贸结构的建议。

Abstract
To achieve sustainable development is the inherent requirement of Jiangsu′s foreign trade change from big to strong。Since the reform and opening-up, Jiangsu Province has made use of its geographical advantages to introduce large amount of foreign capitals and develop its foreign trade on a large scale,Thus, Jiangsu's trade scales have rapidly expanded and its foreign petence remarkably increased. But,We must be soberly aware that there are much problem in Jiangsu′s foreign reveal the underlying causes of the restrict the economic development of Jiangsu . In order to better guidance in the further development of the foreign trade of Jiangsu, We must to research the structure of Jiangsu province's foreign trade, finding problems, Making Jiangsu e true trade strong province .
This article first introduced the development of jiangsu province's foreign trade recent years,analyzes the foreign trade structure of Jiangsu province. It finds that its merchandise structure are formed by several kinds of merchandise, unreasonable international regional structure and unbalanced inside regional structure. And processing trade is the popular mode of its foreign trade. Foreign invested enterprises dominate China s foreign trade. So Jiangsu province should carry out some strategies to optimize the foreign trade structure.
