摘要
本课题以中纤板热磨废水为研究对象,通过一系列实验检测,对中纤板热磨废水中各化学成分含量进行定量。本实验结果对于中纤板热磨废水的处理和资源化利用都具有极重要的意义。具体检测内容包括:
1. 废水水分含量的测定(干燥法)。
2. 废水灰分含量的测定。
3. 废水中苯醇抽出物的测定。
4. 废水中多戊糖含量的侧定(蒽***比色法)。
5. 废水中酸不溶木素(克拉森木素)的测定。
6. 废水中酸溶木素的测定。
7. 废水中果胶含量的测定(重量法)。
8. 废水中单宁含量的测定。
本实验采用的检测方法参照纸浆分析的相关方法。
通过本实验,得到废水中的水分,灰分,苯醇抽出物,多戊糖,木素,果胶,%,%,%,,%,%,%。其中废水中有机组分的成分较多,利用价值也相对较大。
本实验的意义在于通过对这些成分的检测,可以知道各组分的含量,对于木材的性质分析以及中纤板生产的质量有很大的意义,同时也对后期对废水的处理和可回收利用价值的研究有一定的指导意义。
