设计说明
煤是我国的主要能源,,满足大、中型高炉等工业生产的需要,煤质的优劣是关键。
本次设计采用配煤煤种是气煤,肥煤和长焰煤,高温干馏条件下炼制出达到冶金焦国家二级标准。设计年处理量为40万吨,年工作365天。选用的是我国自行研制的JN43-80型焦炉,捣鼓炼焦的方法,干法熄焦工艺进行炼焦生产高质的焦炭,对此方案进行物料衡算和热量衡算,并且强调在工艺操作中注意的环节。
通过合理的配煤方案,提高配煤质量;充分考虑煤炭资源的平衡及供应情况,降低配煤成本;有效降低高炉焦比;保证配煤生产和配煤设备正常运行,实现效益最大化。
