摘要
随着印刷技术的不断发展,印刷行业对纸张性能(表面强度、平滑度、施胶度、印刷适性等)提出了更高的要求,而造纸原料的结构却发生了很大的变化,如废纸回用率的提高,高得率浆、草浆的应用和高填料的加入等,均导致了纸张性能的恶化。通过表面施胶可以改进纸张的某些性能,以满足印刷领域不断发展的要求。传统的表面施胶剂与纤维的亲合力差,而且在印刷过程中易出现掉毛/掉粉和透印现象。
现代的造纸技术中,表面施胶已成为纸页表面处理的主要形式,其作用不仅仅局限于赋予纸张一定的抗液性,在某些情况,则更加强调其对纸张印刷性能、纸张表面性能的改善。因此, 表面施胶又称为表面改性或表面增强。
本文以打浆度37°SR的阔叶浆为原料,经疏解抄造成80g/m2定量的纸张,比较不同表面施胶剂的浓度及表面施胶剂中苯乙烯—丙烯酸酯和淀粉的不同配比对纸页表面强度、裂断长、Cobb值等的影响。实验结果表明:当表面施胶剂的浓度为4%,苯乙烯—丙烯酸酯和淀粉的配比为5:95时,纸页的整体性能最好。另外,还研究了膜转移法表面施胶的新工艺研究。

Abstract
With the continuous development of printing technology,printing industry put forward higher request to paper properties(surface strength, smoothness, sizing degrees, printing eligibility, etc). And the structure of papermaking raw materials has undergone great changes. Such as the improving Recycling rate of waste paper, application of High yield, straw pulp and addition of high fillers, etc, all lead to the deterioration of the paper properties.
We can improve some properties of paper through the surface sizing, in order to meet the requirements of the development of printing fields continuously. The traditional surface sizing agent has weak bonding with fiber, and easily appear wool off powder and through print phenomenon in the printing process.
In modern papermaking technology, surface sizing has e the main form of the newspeak surface treatment, its role is not confined to give paper certain resistance to liquid sex, in some cases, the paper is more emphasis on the improvement of its printability and surface properties. Therefore, surface sizing is also called surface modification or surface enhancement.
This article uses hardwood pulp of 37 ° SR beating degree as raw materials, and makes paper of 80g/m2 quantitative, comparing the influence of different surface sizing agent concentration and surface sizing agent of styrene acrylic emulsions and s
