摘要
城市化进程的加快引发了一系列的城市交通问题。交通拥堵严重、居民出行不便、城市污染加剧等等,世界各国逐渐意识到发展公共交通的重要性,并给予极大的重视。南京市社会经济快速发展,居民生活水平不断提高,机动车保有量高速度增长,城市中心区的道路交通压力越来越大。公交优先是被中外大都市发展历程所证实并推崇的城市交通可持续发展战略,这是由城市的性质以及本身固有的人多地少、车多路少的基本矛盾决定的,也是解决城市交通问题的必然选择。发展公交优先,才能有效缓解城市交通拥堵,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会。公交优先是城市发展的客观要求,是百姓优先,人民优先的体现。
本文首先综述了研究的现实背景以及意义,只有实施公交优先政策,才能够从根本上解决城市交通问题。通过比较国内外如首尔、巴西、常州、北京等城市实行公交优先政策的概况,分析这些城市在保障公共交通优先的过程中取得的经验教训。通过自己的调研和分析,阐述了南京市交通的概况与现状,分析了南京市目前存在的交通问题,最后研究得出了南京市实施公交优先的通行保障措施,并以此展望未来的南京市公共交通。

Abstract
The acceleration of urbanization process triggered a series of urban traffic problems. Serious traffic congestion, residents travel inconvenience, increased urban pollution, etc., the world gradually became aware of the importance of the development of public transport and give great attention. Nanjing, rapid economic development, rising living standards, high-speed vehicle population growth, urban centers increasing pressure on road traffic. Bus priority is to be confirmed by the course of development of Chinese and foreign cities and respected urban transport strategies for sustainable development, which is by the city and the inherent nature of people will be less, car less the basic contradictions multiple decisions, but also solve the urban traffic Question the inevitable choice.
