摘要
本设计是关于淮安市某给水厂的工艺设计。其设计规模为6万m3/d,以洪泽湖水为水源。设计的主要内容有设计水量的确定、工艺流程的确定和各净水构筑物的形式、选型及设计计算,再根据平面布置的原则,综合考虑各方面因素进行给水厂的平面及高程布置,最后绘制水厂总平面图、高程图和各主要构筑物工艺设计图。
通过对已有工艺的优点和缺点进行分析和比较,并考虑当地的经济技术条件,确定了本设计的净水工艺流程为:原水经过管式静态混合器、栅条絮凝池、平流沉淀池和V型滤池进行常规处理。水处理混凝剂选用聚合***化铝([Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m)(10%),消毒剂选用液***。
洪泽湖水质清澈,经过常规处理的水即可满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-85),使出水水质完全符合国家最新颁布的《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006),从而为城镇居民提供安全优质的饮用水。

Abstract
The design is on process of a water supply plant in Huaian, which is the size of 60,000m3/d,from the surface water of Hongze mainly involves: the determination of water content,technology process,and the form,type,calculation of each of water according to the planar arrangement principles, the plane and elevation of the water plant is arranged on consideration of prehensive , water plant general layout,elevation charts and process design of main structure diagrams can be drawn accordingly.
This design of water purification process is determined by analyzing paring the strongpoints and weaknesses of existing technology, along with consideration for the local economic and technological conditions. In addition, PAC([Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m)(10%)is used as coagulant,while liquid chlorine is adopted as disinfectants.
The treated water, after the general purification process, can achieve the present drinking standard requirements of our country for Qingan Reservoir water is quite clean; which makes all of the water indexes reach the (GB5749-2006) to provide safe and high quality drinking water for town residents.
