H3/36B塔式起重机起升机构及臂架设计
摘要
塔式起重机在建筑行业运用很广泛,尤其是在高层建筑中,更是必不可少的起重运料工具。本设计主要完成起升机构和臂架部分的设计,在查阅了大量文献和相关知识的同时,掌握了大量的有关塔式起重机的知识后,模仿H3/36B型塔式起重机的起升机构和吊臂而设计的。
起升机构是塔式起重机的最主要机构之一,尤其是传动装置减速器的设计尤为重要,吊臂以及在其上面行走的变幅小车主要承担着运输重物的任务,因此要对其进行严格的受力分析,并进行校核计算。由于吊臂结构承受很大的载荷作用且具有很大的危险性,故选材和构件连接上要十分严格。与此同时,还要考虑到材料的经济性,即造价成本问题。
在借鉴前人经验和参阅相关资料的基础上,根据设计题目中给定的设计参数,将臂架设计为正三角形水平桁架结构。
通过社会调查和技术经济性分析,本设计具有一定得实际应用价值和市场潜能,可进行制造并投放市场。

The Lifting mecheanism and Arm of H3/36B Crane tower Design
Abstract
The crane tower is used in construct profession very extensively ,particularly in hign buildings,is also the essential tool to rise the heavy design pletes the design of lifting mechanism the arm part of crane checking the cultural heritage of large quantity and related knowledge at the same time,plete the design by imitating the lifting mechanism and the arm of H3/36B crane tower,after master lots of knowledge about the crane tower.
The lifting mechanism is one of the important mechanism of the crane tower, particularly is the transmission device reducer .The arm and the amplitude running above it undertake the load primarily, therefore we must analyze the stress strictly, and check them by theconstruction of the arm bears the load applied to it and is wery dangerous to people,it will be strict to choose the matericals ponent we must consider the economy of the materials,which is referred to the price cost problem.
On the basis drawing prehominid experience and referring to the relevance data , according to the structure designing the level truss giving stable design a parameter , the arm rack being designed for the regular triangle in examination questions.
By the society inwestigates and analyzing the technical economy ,the design has certain value of practical application ,I think we can manufacture it and release it.
