升降横移立体车库控制系统设计
摘要
立体车库是现如今飞速发展的城市里专门用来实现各式各样车辆的存储停放的汽车仓储设施。随着我国汽车业和经济的飞速迅猛发展,汽车的数量越来越多,停车难问题已成为各大中型城市人们所必须面对的一大难题。由此,对多停车位少占空间,使用操作简单,安全可靠的“立体车库”的建设,成为解决当前寸土寸金的大城市停车难的有效方法。而本课题研究的就是是所有立体车库中较为典型的升降横移式立体车库。
在对国内外立体车库资料的查询和南京几家立体车库的观察后,本文选择了二层三列式立体车库结构作为研究对象。该升降横移立体车库的组成部分大致可分为三部分:控制系统部分、传动机动部分和车库结构部分,其中,本文着重介绍了立体车库的控制系统部分、主体结构和升降横移传动结构;其次还简单介绍了立体车库的框架结构、电机选型等。在控制系统的设计中,采用了先进的PLC控制,运用西门子公司的编程软件简单编制了升降横移立体车库的控制系统的程序,并经调试、运行,证明了采用PLC作为控制系统简单易行,其稳定、快速、可靠及性价比高等的特点使得控制系统非常完美。为了让立体车库满足国家规定的使用要求,并且依据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准和在现实中立体车库的实际,本文中的立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术,保证了在存储车辆过程中人车的绝对安全,并使得整个立体车库的稳定运行。

Abstract:

Three-dimensional garage is nowadays the rapid development of the city used to implement various special vehicle parked car storage warehouse facilities. With China's auto industry and rapid economic rapid development, the number of cars turns more and more, parking problem has already e the large and medium-sized city people necessary in the face of a difficult problem.
